@timo21 the style of tooting - weird right wing slanted stuff but with a heady mix of random unimportant news from random towns in bumfuck iowa + a smattering of celeb goss *really* reminds me of Mario Nawfal's twitter account who i'm pretty sure is an elon musk creation (Mario's a crypto grifter who came out of nowhere to have 1,000,000 followers and be a pretend newscaster when FTX collapsed and Elon Musk flew in to appear on the dumbest 48 hour live stream to ever be streamed).

Nawfal is also in deep with #JustinSun; they pump memecoins together on #SunPump and do Twitter spaces together about tokens.

when i said earlier i thought that 1.6 million twitter follower (and favorite of Elon Musk) Mario Nawfal was a Russian asset in the vein of #TenetMedia that was before I saw how many stories he sources from Russian propaganda outlets or how many times he appeared on those outlets in interviews.

@ZhiZhu would bet a lot of money on Mario Nawfal (AKA "Mario Awful") being another Russian agent of disinformation. He came out of nowhere at exactly the time the indictments make clear the Russia social media operations were getting started. Elon appeared on his first massive Twitter space in the aftermath of the #FTXplosion (for reasons no one could ever explain). His feed is a compendium of random clickbait coupled with right wing propaganda, pretty much exactly the same as Tenet Media, RT, and other similar outlets.
