Big scary hint:
"It's computable" means "I can map it".
It explicitly does not mean "that's how the territory is".
No amount of correspondence will make your model be anything else than a map.
Somewhat less scary hint: "It's computable" is a claim, and you can be asked to show how to be taken seriously.

Human minds exist.
There is nowhere for "utility functions" to exist outside of human minds, and human minds are not freely connected.
Hence there is no place for any ojective morality to exist.
And then it doesn't matter whether you can simulate it or abstract from individual behavior some average morality - THAT is to replace the map (the handy abstraction) for the actually existing territory (the individual idiosyncratic minds).
An average morality is not an objective morality.
