Lucy WallaceA couple of years ago with my #RamblersScotland hat on I was invited to the opening of the #Magnificent11, an eleven mile trail linking greenspace on Glasgows Southside. The trail was opened officially by Cameron McNeish & was the result of years of work by Glasgow Ramblers & Countryside Ranger Gary Linstead. Cameron gave a speech about growing up in the area, referring to #Glasgow as a "Dear Green Place" from the Gaelic, #Glaschu. I was hooked & really wanted to come back and do the route.
