Discount draft token yesterday convinced me to run a Premier Draft instead of my usual Pick Two. Started off WU, entertaining a red splash. Then I opened Hawkeye and made the pivot to RWu because that card is an archetype unto himself; getting Loki cemented that, as I have a _bunch_ of good triggers here, but what really makes Loki shine is Equipment. Being able to move the Bow and draw a card for a single mana each turn? Yeah, let's do that.

#MTGxMarvel Pick Twos have been hot and cold so far. Two 0-2s, a 3-2, and this 4-1. Beginning to think this might be an 18-land format, as there are a TON of 3s and 4s and I keep getting stuck on one less than whatever I need. This deck was just doing Exalted things. Black Widow definitely makes this deck tick, especially with Patriot to protect whatever is swinging in. Doom was fine the one time I was able to cast him, but not really what I needed to be doing.
Final #mtgsos Pick Two. First-picked Ark of Hunger, but only saw it once — in a hand I had to mulligan. But both Stirring Hopesingers were passed to me, so I was definitely in the right seat despite running short of playables (hence the black splash and a couple D-level cantrips).
Made an Arena-compatible version of my Modern Multicolored cube.
Been a rough week at the Pick Two tables, nothing better than a 1-3 for a while and several 0-2s — including one memorable day of three in a row before I opted into the free Phantom Foundations draft to shake off the funk (7-1 with RW tokens, so hey).
Thought today's was going to fall by the wayside when I didn't have enough playables to keep to two colors, but it surprised me by getting there. Root Manipulation + Thornfist Striker ends games.
