After what can't really have been 10 years, dusted off #Nintendo's awkward old gigaflop, the #WiiU (yes you read that right) yesterday and played #MarioKart with one of the kids. 2 hours with a 10 year old again, but in the body of a fully grown adult. 😍
#MK8 looks pretty good after all these years. Stretchy 2000's textures on the surroundings, but principal gameplay is completely crisp and awesome.
Speaking of #StopKillingGames, we took a wrong turn at some point ("post victory on the Miiverse" or something) and the game got stuck and needed a restart because the service isn't available anymore. Was supported from 2012-2017, merely 5 years.
