Short answer: YES; #Canada should #lowerthevotingage to 16. I've said this for years. If you're 16 you're old enough to drive, you're old enough to pay taxes (I did), you're old enough to join a union (I did). But the most important thing of all: it's the young people's future that is being squandered by poor political leadership.
I'm a pensioner; in a sense I have far less skin in the game than does a 16 year old. So, yes: LOWER THE VOTING AGE.
