Feel like I've not achieved much *just* for me today so here's another #LowHistamineRecipe for anyone out there on #LowHistamine #mcas #HistamineIntolerance

Soy / hoisin flavour sauce (no soy):
1tsp white wine vinegar
1tsp dark syrup e.g. stroop
1/4 tsp of each of the following: garlic powder, onion powder, 5 spice, ginger
Pinch salt,
Good shake pepper
Mix!

Really good on mushrooms or stir fry.

Low Histamine Recipe Card 1: Burritos

1-2 hours but a great batch cook to freeze. Omit ingredients as desired.

Veg:
onion
mushroom
red pepper
roasted red pepper (blended)
sweet potato
Protein: vegan mince (without peas), beans (Black, aduki, black eyed)
Flavour:
carrot juice
garlic & garlic powder
onion powder
cumin
paprika
Chipotle chilli flakes
brown sugar
salt
pepper.
Add cooked rice. Serve in wrap with lettuce, mayo, mozarella.
