It's a rough day today. Day 3 of recovery, after a long day at work sent me crashing. The weather is finally tentatively sunny, I long to be outside and enjoy the garden. I have to stop and rest every other moment, though. Energy is in spare supply still.
Days like this are much easier when the weather is poor.

@edwardchampion My doctor says the vitamin combo is the only thing he can recommend for me. I have given up on getting any help. Causes a lot of stress at work because of memory issues. That causes more stress at home & at work. #LongCovidLife
