"Dear friends, the #Ukrainian offensive against the occupation forces near #Kursk is going better than expected. This is forcing the aggressor to withdraw a significant number of troops from the front in the east.
"This applies to any material, including #Leopard_2 ... With #Russia's attack on #Ukraine, the territory of both countries is a combat zone. The use of weapons is regulated by the provisions of international law," #WAZ quotes him as saying.
