Settng out to make lemon #Marmalade.

Using the #Recipe below.

Last made marmalade about 4 years ago.
Went well. Used lots of sugar. The bottles lasted years.
I suspect the strength of the sugar solution was the reason.

This "boil the whole fruit" seems like an industrial method.
But that can be good.
