Question for people who know Korean:

I'm a very new Korean-learner. I'm trying to say "I'm going to eat at a nice restaurant on Monday at 3 PM." Should I say:

월요일에 오후 3시에 나는 멋있다 식당에서 먹을거예요.

or

월요일 오후 3시에 나는 멋있다 식당에서 먹을거예요.

That is, does ~에 go on both the day and the time of day, or just at the end of the full date/time specifier? (Also if I screwed anything else up corrections welcome hahah)
