์ €๋… versus ์ „์—ญ I believe

I tried to look up "dinner" in Korean on papago but instead it told me I was looking up "discharged from the military" ๐Ÿ‘€

I just learnt the word ๋””์ €ํŠธ ([tidอกส‘สŒฬนtสฐษฏ], according to Wiktionary), which tells me that borrowings from English might not always be easy to recognise

๋น„ (sounds like 'pee') - rain
Now that's easy to remember

Question for people who know Korean:

I'm a very new Korean-learner. I'm trying to say "I'm going to eat at a nice restaurant on Monday at 3 PM." Should I say:

or

That is, does ~์— go on both the day and the time of day, or just at the end of the full date/time specifier? (Also if I screwed anything else up corrections welcome hahah)
