"Severe Style" sculpture appeals to me.

I have never been to Olympia in Greece, so have only seen pictures and casts of this metope, but the beauty of the figures entrances me.

I sometimes daydream that further "severe style" works will be found in the ocean or turn up in some yet undisturbed site on land.
