It's good to see Labour are committed to HOL reform but the idea that the elected second chamber could be made up of only 200 members seems a bit fanciful: how would such a chamber operate in an efficient way, carrying out the same jobs as the current HOL does?
Also, PR reform should happen at the same time as HOL reform. Let's bring British democracy into the 21st century.
