Aside from doing some minor code cleanup and bugfixing on a personal project today, I also found the time to test my new 850 mAh S2 LiPo with the two-motor powered BR 101 locomotive.

The first two waggons (the long ones) are quite heavy but the two motors pull the train at an acceptable max. speed.

The LiPo and the LiPo "beeper" (battery charge monitor) nicely fit into the 6W loco as well.

So I finally had the time and motivation to integrate the 2.4 GHz receiver for my #V100 #freight #train #loco properly into the model.

I had to adapt the design slightly by using corner plates where a 2x6 plate would be used and I only had those in black color, so I will need to get these in dark red sometime later ...
