last weekend i found a photograph of the treehouse i painted for MÄANDER (published by
@hatjecantzverlag) in the
@cabinporn book
it’s taken from a different angle but you can clearly recognize it. i would like to underline that i am sitting on the shoulders of giants: my paintings are often reworks of the existing works by other artists, like this example shows. i collect, recompose, collage and through recombination and putting the sujets in a new context, awake new associations and create something else.
