@Mara I'd still recommend #OpenDyslexic over #ComicSans solely due to #licensing reasons.

- Another good font designed for legibility is #LEXEND and if want something "Aerospace Grade" consider #B612.

Lexend - Bicycle For Your Mind

I have always used monospaced fonts in my text editors. For the last few years, I have been using: Recursive Sans & Mono protesilaosiosevka-comfy

@root Oh, I guess I missed that...

Needless to say having another accessible option besides #LEXEND is always a win...

@root interesting...

Personally I'd hope this is a complete rework and not "derivative" for copyright reasons...

Also anyone planning a version of #OpenDyslexic that is #monospaced?

Cuz I do use #LEXEND or #B612 instead of it...

✍️ Experimenting with the font LEXEND

How a short test of a font turned into a small odyssey and why I'm quite happy about it after all...

@amy @hnb Besides #OpemDyslexic I can recommend #LEXEND and #B612 as fonts optimized for legibility and ease of reading.

LEXEND is mostly intended for educational texts like schoolbooks whereas B612 was designed and developend for Airbus so it got tested to hell for legibility in adverse conditions in Aerospace applications.

Both are SIL OFL licensed and basically support all styles ome would ever demand.
