Has anyone analysed the claims about #NIST and #kyber512 in this blog post https://blog.cr.yp.to/20231003-countcorrectly.html . The author was involved in a rejected algo I believe. #cryptography #quantum

So… apparently #NIST "accidentally" overestimated the cryptographic strength of #Kyber512 (a post-quantum cipher candidate), quite likely because of #NSA influence.
