Some dudes at #KochiFOSS (myself included) were seriously interested in creating a brand new SuperuxKart map of our city (any of the many romantic towns in Kochi).
The fun fact is, none of us seemed to know how to navigate Blender. As a Blender newbie, this is my first successful export from Blender.
Here's a KSRTC (Kerala RTC) kart for STK.
SM: Akhilvictor46 for his original model.
The kart: https://github.com/bruttazz/kart-ksrtc
Happy :)
SKT Kart For KSRTC: Nothing special, just a binary dump (🙃) of a KSRTC (Kerala State Road Transport Corporation) Kart developed for SuperTuxkart, Created by a Blender Noob. - bRuttaZz/kart-ksrtc
#KochiFOSS rant continues. June meetup was my first ever talk and I had fun. The positive feedback gave me the push needed to put a CFP for #indiafoss2024 and later @opensuse Asia summit in Tokyo.
I keep on feeling an unexplainable urge to try out new things tinker around just so that I could show up and share with my "Libre homies". I hope I get the time to see it through.
Last year I really loved hardware enthusiasts showing up with their hacks.
#KochiFOSS is built upon dreams and visions of many including @subins2000 and @avronr . And I've a special place in my heart for the entire community and believe that it will play a major role in engaging more individuals in the #freesoftware space.
I hope we get to maintain that homely tech feeling and keep this going without a whole bunch of corporate, bureaucratic and "oPen SaUcE" fiasco.

It's not the place but the people. #kochifoss '24 ends today and that's the key takeaway. Maybe it's not everyone's cup of tea. If you're looking for "productive use of your time" in the traditional sense this might not be for you.
I sent my first CFP ever in my life to the kochifoss January meetup 2024. It got rejected but it's been all upstairs from there.
2024 I got the chance to Register my voice and opinions in ways and platforms I didn't dream of.
#KochiFOSS Is literally my peak monthly dose of happiness. Having spend most of the days at home in a wfh setup, I get to do the monthly quota of socializing, geek/nerd discussions and meet new people and catch up with the old ones.
Can't wait for next one.
Meanwhile checkout the website and join our awesome community.

Gave a @wikidata and @kde demo since it's their birthday.
