The civilized world has taken down another of #Russia's "shadow fleet", with #Estonia arresting the tanker #KIWALA in the Baltic Sea.
The oil tanker KIWALA was engaged in the export of Russian crude #oil and #petroleum products to third countries and was heading to the port of Ust-Luga.
The #tanker is under #sanctions in connection with previous activities in the #EU.
Estonia began preparing for the operation on Thursday evening, and the #arrest itself began on Friday at 3 a.m.

The Estonian navy intercepted the oil tanker #Kiwala in the Gulf of Finland early on Friday morning, but the investigation is not related to damage to critical infrastructure.
