2025 Field Day Prep: Far-field plot for same TDL antenna, but at ground level instead of elevated 10 feet. Note that the viewing direction changed to view the side of the loop instead of the perspective view of the previous pattern animation. (At ground level, this antenna has more pattern variation than at 10 feet elevated.)

2025 Field Day Prep: Trying out a different GIF creator. Not sure if this will play as a loop auto-magically, or ???
This is a model of the CHA TDL (tacti-cool delta loop) antenna at 10’ above ground and fed with 50’ of RG-58C with a 1:4 un-un at the feed point. Uses two 17’ whips and a 25’ top wire. Frequency range is 3 to 29 MHz in 1 MHz steps.
