For those who dont follow closely the current #AstonMartinF1 team was originally #JordanF1 started by the late Eddie Jordan, then going through a number of owners and name.
Coincidentally this year the cars are almost the same shade of green as the iconic Jordan 191 7up car
Lovely to see they are running "Eddie Jordan Shamrock" stickers on their cars this weekend as a mark of respect.
SO saddened to hear that one of the most colourful outspoken fun figures in the #F1 EDDIE JORDAN passed away at age 76
Owner of #Jordan f1 #f2 #f3 teams his cars were iconic, his humor & unique flamboyant style, he was almost bigger than the sport. He gave #Schumacher & others their break, & was pivotal in Adrian Neweys move to Aston.
An Irishman to the end, and did #Ireland proud.

In my quest for finding a nice warm top I rediscovered this old Jordan sweatshirt, it is rather cozy too, even if it does make me look like I should be delivering something. π
