For my wife and me, traveling to Tuscany was coming back after 18 years since our last visit. For her, was a return to the place here father (RIP, Babo! 😢) came from before migrating to Germany many decades ago.

Despite the heat, this area in Italy is probably one of the most iconic ones and close to the imagination of Ridley Scott portraying the Elysian Fields in "Gladiator" once. You simply cannot put the beauty of Tuscany and its surroundings into words so it's the best to stop here and let the image speak for itself!

I don't like drinking and most of the time, I am far better off without alcohol. Occasionally, an IPA or a wine (depends on the situation) is okay but I prefer not to lose my self-control by drinking - this scenery was lovely anyway!
