sssrrraaasssI saw this italian film, "Mia", directed by Ivano De Matteo, and was the first time I literally felt anxious and cried all of a sudden for a film. Empathizing with the parents characters and also the daughter. I was similar to her at her age, but I was more strong. We, (women), most of the time discover sexuality at 13-14 yrs but we discover it as something really dangerous and then we have to re-learn from zero as we grow up... A β β β β β review of The Great Silence (1968)
I had to watch this twice, because I missed a lot the first time. This is an incredible film. The setting in the snow was a great feature, given the weather outside currently. This is also why I decided to watch this tonight. Klaus Kinski is wonderfully evil, of course. This film also features something I really appreciate in a film, but rarely see, which I canβt mention without spoiling the ending for anyone reading this review to decide whether to watch it, or not. What a wonderful spaghetti western! I absolutely love this film and it was so worth
