Until Mon, #IsabellaDeLuca had been an unpaid volunteer media assoc at the Gold Institute for International Strategy, a research org in Washington, #DC focused on #NationalSecurity issues, its president, Eli M. Gold, said. She was hired for the role last May. The institute was unaware that she had been facing #criminal charges until being contacted by reporters… “Following further internal investigation, we felt it necessary to sever our relationship,” Gold said.

Just before 6PM, #IsabellaDeLuca, acc/to the complaint, “messaged an acquaintance on Instagram, ‘It’s insanity here’ & ‘I got maced & had a sound bomb go off right next to me.’” She continued posting about the attack on #socialmedia over the next several days.

…Surveillance footage showed #IsabellaDeLuca entering the Capitol through a broken window, where she & other *rioters* removed a coffee table worth >$600 & passed it to others outside through another broken window, the FBI said. She continued taking photos as other [#insurgents] cont’d stealing furniture, incl’g a lamp & a chair, & passing them to the [#insurrectionists] outside.

“The table legs were broken off at some point…” per the complaint, 1…was used …to attack a #law enforcement officer.
