And as I'm swimming, and building all this muscle, under a pretty thicc layer that jiggles, with multiple giant mirrors around, and I avoid wearing clothes most of the time, I've spent a lot of time redirecting my own thought processes about my body.
And I'm comparing the experience to 11 years ago, when I didn't know how to redirect #IntrusiveThoughts. I'm really glad I've got that skill right now.
