so here is my #introducton - im an old punk from washington dc. i am really into linux/open source. i worked in tech from the late 90's. i lived in an old punk house where i literally slept in a closet (fun times). moved to dc in 1999. was heavily involved in activism. i fell down an escalator at a metro station (and didn't get a damn dime!) broke my leg in 4 places and suffered internal injuries, had 8 surgeries to try to save my leg, and ended up losing it. My health has gone to shit since. hi

Realised I haven't done an #introducton yet.

I'm Kris from the North of England. I'm a huge #lgbtq ally and indeed sit somewhere in the rainbow myself but I'm not sure where.

Pierced, tattooed, 6ft tall (6'3" in New Rocks) you'll often find me wearing #leather, #latex or #PVC cos I love shiny things.

I'm a #geek, #gamer and #twitch streamer (same name) and I've been on Mastodon for years but just got my own instance.

I like listening not so much speaking, other people's stories are more entertaining than mine.

I have peculiar interests that generally nobody likes: Opera, patriarchy deconstruction, trans rights, LGBTQ+ issues, society and politics secularization, cultural differences, nudism, body positivity, mental health, art and architecture, diversity, sustainability, appliances. ..

I speak a poor Italian and a poor English.

I live in Ireland and this changed me in way I didn't anticipate

I suppose I should do a #introducton since I spun up my own instance even though I'm not entirely new to the fediverse.

My bio says most of what you need to know, but in general I try to advocate for an open, free internet outside of corporate control and share personal advice for navigating this digital landscape.

I run a few different services that are open to people I'm at least acquainted with. Very pro individual liberties when it comes to politics. And I kinda post whatever I feel like. Mostly about the aforementioned internet topics, but definitely can deviate time to time.

Hi, I am a Sag, with moon, ASC, and Venus in Capricorn. Astrologically that should tell you all you need to know.

I danced a lot as a youth. I like to make breakbeat dance music. I have a Dawless rig I am very proud of. I am just getting started with that.

I have produced music for 20 years. In the box. I have experience with FL Studio, Ableton, and VCV rack among others.

I had an idea for a good TLD and that's what I admin with erge.to. I love #FOSS, And #Linux. But I have no dogma about OS.

I use Reaper as my DAW. Currently on windows but that may change someday.

I love technology and I have an affinity with fixing and using it..

I guess that's all for now.. Oh, I have two cats that I love and I live with my family but buddy.. I'm on the mortgage..
