@ttscoff is my new hero

From his Doing 2.0 page
"I work on myriad projects, but Doing is always the common denominator. No matter what project I find myself hacking away at, I’m constantly tracking my time and progress using Doing. (I even use git commit hooks to add entries to my log whenever I make a commit in one of my projects.) “

When I grow up I want to be as organized as him :-)

I am looking for a fairly simple Mac app that will let me import graphics and then arrange them on a page.

Nothing else.

I want to be able to visually arrange images and graphics but I don’t need to do anything with them like export or style them.

Anyone know of something like that?

Where do people go to find out about new Mac apps?

#MacOS #Mac #IndieMacApps

What sites cover new application releases for MacOS? And why don't most of the other sites cover them? Is it affiliate links? $12 apps don't make enough per click than a new Mac?

Why is it so difficult to find indie Mac apps? I wanted to look for some spreadsheet alternatives to Numbers and Excel and along the way found two database apps, Collections and Tap Forms 5. I have never heard of these before but I downloaded them both out to test.

I know that the App Store is horrible for discovery but even searches do a horrible job of finding independently produced Mac apps.

I am not sure how well it works in other apps or web clients but hopping between multiple accounts using Ice Cubes is a breeze. Quite happy with how well it works

I keep on downloading files and then forgetting I have Hazel running the the background cleaning up my Downloads folder.

“Where is that PDF? I thought I downloaded it?”

I have been using the Ice Cubes Mastodon client for iOS and the Mac for most of today. Pretty good so far. Check it out if you are looking for a Mac solution.

It isn't "sexy" but if you ever need to work with or export CSV data on your Mac then Easy CSV is that app you need. Fast and even has a Markdown export option. The dev is also constantly working on the app to add features requested by users.
