The #ImpeachmentClause appears in "Section 2" of the #Constitution... which is all about THE PRESIDENCY. So there is NO question it was intended for the president.

And the justification for #impeachment is HIGH CRIMES & MISDEMEANORS.

So riddle me this: How does one #impeach a president for HC&M if they are "above the law"? 🤔

And NOWHERE does it say one must "wait until they are out of office" to charge/prosecute them.

While I have no problem with this, fact is the absurd #SCotUS #TrumpVsUS #Immunity ruling ITSELF is WILDLY #Unconstitutional and should be overturned by a reformed SCotUS itself.

I mean, CLEARLY the #FoundingFathers never intended for the #Potus to be #AboveTheLaw and #immune from investigation/prosecution when they added an #ImpeachmentClause to the #Constitution.

If #Hillary had defeated T**** in 2016, does ANYONE believe this #SCotUS would have passed a ruling like this? F*ck No.
