Loved the archive footage on #ITV4 Tour De France coverage for Stage 2. Gary Imlach introducing Gary Imlach from the Channel 4 days when I wasn’t a fan of him (I am now).

The footage was of the TDF promo wagon that rolls through an hour ahead of the race dishing out the sponsors merchandise. Motorised profiteroles, cars shaped like shoes…giant mascots laying out on the roofs of vehicles that don’t look big enough.
