I work on IT governance risk & compliance topics including data protection in a publicly owned company in the Rhine Neckar region. Personally, I am against monocultures or quasi-monopolies, whether in agriculture or IT. Monocultures always result in vulnerable systems or uncontrolled structures, which are bad for any social system. Hence my preference for the penguin or the dragons
