Ariana Afghan Airlines announced that it transported 36,486 passengers and 543 tons of cargo via passenger and freight flights to numerous international and domestic sectors last July.

According to a company press release, the international destinations included Delhi, Islamabad, Dubai, Istanbul, Ankara, Jeddah, and Moscow, while domestic routes covered Kabul, Kandahar, Herat, and Mazar-i-Sharif; with the majority of flights being to Delhi and Dubai.

Sources indicated that 238 tons of this cargo were exports and 305 tons were imports, noting that a significant portion of the exports consisted of dried fruit, apricots, saffron, and handicrafts.

The appointed official for information, culture, tourism, financial, and administrative affairs, Mawlawi Qudratullah Jamal, emphasized the provision of reliable and standard services by these companies during a meeting with Mohammad Gulab Sultan Zai, Chairman of the Tourism, National, Pilgrimage Hajj and Umrah Association, and other officials of the association.

The meeting, attended by representatives of tourism, pilgrimage, hajj, and umrah company associations from Kabul, Kandahar, Nangarhar, Khost, Jozjan, Sar-e Pol, and Farah provinces, saw a number of requests and consultations raised by these companies concerning issues such as tax payments, service fees, license distribution, and other related matters.

Mawlawi Qudratullah Jamal, while assuring them that their requests and suggestions would be shared with the relevant departments of the Islamic Emirate, stated that the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, particularly the Ministry of Information and Culture, supports the activities of these companies and will provide them with the necessary facilities.

From beginning to end of the month of Thaur in 1405 [Hijri calendar], a total of (36,486) passengers and (543) tons of commercial goods have been transported via passenger and cargo flights operated by Ariana Afghan Airlines to various international and domestic sectors.

This includes destinations such as Delhi, Islamabad, Dubai, Istanbul, Ankara, Jeddah, and Moscow in the international sector, and Kabul, Kandahar, Herat, and Mazar-i-Sharif in the domestic sector, with the majority of commercial transfers being to Delhi and Dubai.

The total transportation consists of (238) tons of exports and (305) tons of imports, with dried fruits, *heng* (*anjeh*), saffron, and handicrafts constituting the primary export items.

This achievement demonstrates an increase in operational capacity, technical readiness, and fundamental progress within the country's air transport sector.

از آغاز تا پایان ماه ثور سال ۱۴۰۵ هـ.ش، از طریق پروازهای مسافربری و کارگو د آریانا افغان هوایی شرکت، به شماری از سکتورهای بین‌المللی و داخلی مجموعاً (۳۶۴۸۶) مسافر و (۵۴۳) تُن اموال تجارتی انتقال یافته است.

در سکتورهای بین‌المللی شهرهای دهلی، اسلام‌آباد، دُبی، استانبول، آنقره، جده و مسکو، و در سکتورهای داخلی کابل، کندهار، هرات و مزارشریف شامل اند که بخش عمده انتقالات تجارتی به سکتورهای دهلی و دُبی انجام شده است.

در مجموع انتقالات (۲۳۸) تُن آن صادرات و (۳۰۵) تُن واردات می‌باشد که بیشترین اقلام صادراتی را میوه خشک، هنگ (آنجه)، زعفران و صنایع دستی تشکیل می‌دهد.

این دستاورد بیانگر ارتقای ظرفیت عملیاتی، آمادگی تخنیکی و پیشرفت بنیادی در بخش ترانسپورت هوایی کشور می‌باشد.
