#LoveMakeShare catchup for May 17, 2026: What’s the most recent tool or material you incorporated into your process?

Most recent is my drawing tablet and #Krita, but I'm still learning the ropes and it's not part of the process yet. So my actual answer is the #Cricut.

This is one of those tools that I spent years saying "You know what would make this project a lot easier or better?" and finally got it and sure enough it did.

Forget about the fact that I'm able to quickly and easily produce the custom stationary stickers I make for my wife and I. I made a whole #Minecraft activity for my littlest kiddo's 6th birthday! The turnaround from vision to execution was very short with the Cricut and #Inkscape. And our recent model rocket experiments were brought up a notch by the vinyl stickers bearing the name and logo of our own space agency.

I love having little robot friends around to help me make stuff.

@paterasilk printing directly from #inkscape to the ecotank works great for me (within the bounds of the *driver* issues I mentioned)

I'm just not sure how it's supposed to handle the multi-page feature.

Printing through a pdf would be a good test to see if the problem here is #linux or #inkscape. But I don't think I'd want to add a separate permanent step...
