#HawaiiWildfires continue in parts of Maui and the Big Island, particularly in the historic town of #Lahaina, where 36 deaths have been reported as of Thursday morning. The fires have been fueled by low humidity and dry vegetation, in addition to strong winds partly from #HurricaneDora’s passage south of #Hawaii. Over 11,000 tourists have been evacuated as firefighting efforts continue, according to The New York Times.
