But the idea we will panic has been used as a justification for keeping the public in the dark--it's more or less the idea we're sheep and shepherds should make the decisions for us.

One small good thing this morning: The sun is out in Knoxville, and it’s showing brilliantly through the window behind my recliner. As a result the back of my neck is feeling a lot of warmth. I’m choosing to count this as a ray of hope. #HopeInTheDark
