👍 This series is like a lil snack helping out with a slump. It’s not particularly groundbreaking (hello ACOTAR mates and Fourth Wing lightning) but I’m having fun. The ending was a super cliffhanger so I’m off to start book 4.

👍 Overall, a good January read (It starts on New Years and follows the FMC to the following New Year). I enjoyed the parallels to the British monarchy. I appreciated the authors note at the beginning where she explained the divergence of the timeline.
👎The ending was not a surprise, although I hoped for it to turn out differently.

Finally got cold weather and enjoying reading by a cozy fire 🥰
