Mute Dog BrewingI have picked a negligible amount of hops off of the bines I harvested on Saturday and they're already basically completely dried on the bines just from hanging in the garage.
So this is the highest brix I got from the dozen or so grapes I tested this afternoon (lowest was ~12°) but I'm really not sure if they're going to get much sweeter at this point. It's supposed to be sunny tomorrow and saturday so maybe I'll wait a few more days.
I have more hops drying for a dry matter test, but I might just harvest them tomorrow regardless.
