Make sure you don't play the following video where you have a Home Assistant Assist device listening, and that can handle the "snortfart" command.

I got my ATOM Echo Smart Speaker Development Kit. It recognizes my voice just fine, but the speaker on it is weak as hell. I'm not sure that the following video will quite capture how weak it is.

I'll grant you that it is a "development kit," but the speaker being so weak does not make it a full solution.

In the following video I give it the command "snortfart" and it replies "sorry, I did not understand that."

For the record, I can give it commands it understands, but I did not want to postprocess the video to prevent your possible installation from doing stuff.
