Nineteen trillion English groats, even if paid over a generation, would bankrupt the UK. As penalty for default, I propose the forced dissolution of Great Britain into nine sovereign nations: Scotland, Wales, and Heptarchy 2.0.

Do you really mean England (too) or the #UK?
Would you care to elaborate, I've never heard, #heptarchy20, what does it mean?--Splitting up, as I suggested, the UK in 20 autonomous regions, instead of just the original 7 Anglo-Saxon ones of the #Heptarchy?
I've been saying the same thing for the past few years, and only half jokingly - #heptarchy20. England is ripe for the splitting.
