Even better, as presiding officer, she can rule that Trump is an insurrectionist under the 14th, and as such no votes for him can be counted, any elector voting for him aided and abetted said insurrectionist and ceased to be an Officer under the plain language of the 14th, and hence their votes are void.

The House and the Senate then vote, and if they do not agree the votes are not counted. The election then goes to the House with ONLY one name - hers!
