not a martian, honestjust watched Snake in Eagle's Shadow (1978) with my 7yo. Well, I watched it, but somehow he ended up there with me.
not the ideal fare for a 7yo, but it was also to show that sometimes we will watch our stuff and not his.
I found it interesting that he totally got hooked on the plot, despite us watching it in Chinese with English subs.
The very visual and comedic style of the movie made it easy to follow along with just the barest of explanations.
