I've cooked another one of our daughter's surplus vegetarian meal kits from Grubby.
Today it was a Katsu fried 'chicken' dish with chips. There was also chopped & marinated chilli & radish.
I found it a bit too hot for my delicate taste buds, but Sacha seems to have given it a big thumbs up.

It was perhaps the most complicated of the three I've cooked so far - but it was far from difficult.

Our daughter passed on a couple of meals that she can't use. These are subscription of recipe+ingredient kits in a bag by Grubby. They're completely vegetarian.

I've just cooked (!) the Creamy Bacon and Pesto Gnocchi - very easy to do, extremely filling, and jolly nice.

They gave perhaps a bit too much pesto, and I might have overcooked the 'bacon' lardons a bit.

I really don't do cooking, so if I can do it, anyone can!
And yes, I'm claiming that I've cooked the Mother's Day meal 😆

Well. I feel hella dirty editing me own Wikipedia page, but it was worth adding the new gig. Also made a site aggregator for Michele and I, with links to verify back to our #mastodon instance.
