I've cooked another one of our daughter's surplus vegetarian meal kits from Grubby.
Today it was a Katsu fried 'chicken' dish with chips. There was also chopped & marinated chilli & radish.
I found it a bit too hot for my delicate taste buds, but Sacha seems to have given it a big thumbs up.
It was perhaps the most complicated of the three I've cooked so far - but it was far from difficult.
