For those of you whose school uses chromebooks and Google Workspace (google docs, etc.) instead of PC's and Word,
just saw the announcement from TextHelp that Equatio closed free signups to anyone new and will revert to a subscription in 2024 for those of us already signed up.
So.....any other equation editors you use that talk nicely with all google docs? The built in equation editor in google docs just is ok but not as nice as Equatio is. Plus you can only use the built in equation editor in docs, (not slides, etc.).
Equatio hasn't published pricing yet. Might just have to pony up in a year.
This is a great evolution of “auto correct” in #GoogleDocs !
