Rachael Ava 💁🏻♀️So, my #GooglePixel5a just stopped working and won't turn on at all, so I'm using my old iPhone until I can afford to buy a new #GooglePixel and install #GrapheneOS on it. 
I had forgotten that #Android is quite popular for being able to use emulators, unlike #iOS, which you have to do some special things to get emulation to work. So, I decided to replay some #Zelda #MajorasMask on my #GooglePixel5a with #GrapheneOS on it. I'm pretty impressed, though there were some noticeable graphical bugs, but that's to be expected with emulation in general.
They don't know that I bought a #GooglePixel5a, lol!
I've had my #GooglePixel5a out in front of my parents multiple times now, and they haven't even noticed that it looked different than my #iPhone12ProMax. 
So, apparently, my privacy screen protector for my #GooglePixel5a came last night, it was just in my mailbox and I forgot to check it, lol.
On a separate note, I bought some #Anker accessories, which came, but I also bought a privacy screen protector, but that hasn’t arrived yet, and neither has the #GooglePixel5a itself. I’m getting excited!
My case for my #GooglePixel5a arrived! It’s a silicone case, similar to #Apple’s official silicone case on my #iPhone12ProMax. I went with this case because I wanted the case to be softer, and therefore, easier to grip. Since I didn’t have a good sense of scale for the #Pixel compared to my #iPhone, I wasn’t expecting the case to be just barely smaller than my iPhone. I was kind of worried that the Pixel would be much smaller than my iPhone, but that’s good that it’s about the same size.
So, I took the plunge and bought a #GooglePixel5a with some accessories, and I can’t wait until it comes! This will be my first time using #Android. Wish me luck!
I think I might buy myself a #GooglePixel5a on Black Friday and flash #GrapheneOS on it. While it’s available brand new on #NewEgg, it’s significantly more expensive for some reason, so I’m going to have to reluctantly use #Amazon to get it since it’s around the MSRP that #Google set for that model. I really want to start making the transition away from #Apple to more #secure and #private technologies.
