PopClip for Mac is the best add-on you probably don't have installed.
Edit: You can change the location of the pop-up menu to be below your text in settings. You should do that! And grab from the add-on extensions at https://www.popclip.app/extensions/

Scrivener 3.5 is out. With support for macOS 26, and a slew of bug fixes. Many related to macOS 26 ☺️
I'm still on macOS 15.6.1. Primarily because I need Scrivener to work in order to get paid. People say other writing apps exist. But they are not Scrivener!

Scrivener 3 for Mac is such a joy to use for writing anything over a few hundred words.
The current (ghostwritten) newsletter I'm working on is close to 3000 words. Scrivener makes managing all the sections so easy.
If I had to keep only one app, it would be Scrivener 3.
