Modern agriculture is making us and the planet ill. We need healthy food for all without destroying the planet’s life support systems.
We are using up precious resources, and many people are not eating well - either too much or too little!
We need a system that works. There are many answers out there, we just need to use them. Please share my wife's blog widely. The sooner we move to sustainable diets the better.
Our food system is a major contributor to Climate Change. It destroys biodiversity, increases Climate Injustice, pollutes the planet and exacerbates ill-health.
