One problem in watching shows from #torrents instead of on #television is that I never see commercials. That means weeks can go by before I find out a series has started its latest season.

I wouldn't have known #GhostsUS had started unless I'd seen a random #YouTube video saying that #GhostsAU had begun airing and so thought to check on the US version.

Now I'm downloading three episodes of #GhostsCBS and one of #GhostsAus, and I'll watch the first of each version of #GhostsTV tonight.

@lothcat @Still_Nimmy @5ciFiGirl @inarticulatequilter new characters, but a few have similarities to UK and US ghosts. There’s 6 main ghosts: a 1700s English Naval Officer with a spear embedded in his chest. A pantsless Chinese ghost who was a gold rush worker who lost a nugget at the house & is a bit scatterbrained. A turn of the 1800s socialite woman. An Irish potato famine publican woman. An aerobics instructor from the 80s. A motorcycle gang member from the 90s. Some basement ghosts as well.
A most have had their powers revealed, some as per the other shows but a few new powers too.
There is likely to be similar scenes that have been in the other versions, such as her talking to a doctor about seeing ghosts.
Not as cringe as I was worried it would be, we will likely binge it over the next few days while waiting for the next US Ghosts episode to drop. #GhostsAUS
#GhostsAUS just started today on Paramount+
We are a few episodes in and although it is in that season one “finding its feet”, it is fairly funny. A couple of things have carried over from the UK and US versions, but a lot of Aussie tropes and slang are in it. To me the living feel a bit younger than the other two shows, but the essence of ‘Ghosts’ is still there.
For people not overly versed in the Aussie accent, subtitles might be advised.
