Denmark’s ‘ghetto law’ faces scrutiny after an EU court ruling.
The European Court of Justice (ECJ) on Thursday found that, although Denmark’s so-called “ghetto law” aims to integrate society, it could amount to ethnic discrimination, but the court said that the country’s own courts need to decide if it goes too far.
