@jope68 @kuketzblog Ich bin auf #Klarna aufmerksam geworden, weil die mit meiner #Garminpay Uhr (Instinct 2) zusammen arbeiten. Ich hab da eine virtuelle #VISAKARTE. Die Nummer der Karte lässt sich auch mit 3 Klicks ändern. Seit dem Zahle ich mit meiner Uhr und nicht mehr mit dem Handy.
Ja, #Garmin ist irgendwie auch #BigTech.
Aber Alternativen?

For example my bank ,they still only accept iOS Pay Wallet, Google Wallet, and Garmin pay, but not Samsung Wallet......
It seems from the article that #OneUI7 runs now almost on all Samsung Phones ...How do people with a Samsung pay? they still need to use googlepay even if samsung has creates a own (fork) OS??? Confusing 🙄

@emerald I use Garmin watch with Garmin Pay. Garmin Connect works without any issue on GrapheneOS allowing me to setup and manage virtual cards. I travel frequently these days and always afraid to lose my smartphone.

Ist übrigens auch ein kleiner Hack um unter #GrapheneOS kontaktlos zahlen zu können. Die Google Wallet funktioniert ja nicht. #GarminPay aber schon über die Uhr. Mir ist es sowieso egal, ich hab meine physische Karte immer mit, aber "zur Not" ist das schon sehr praktisch.

@xsecur @Schoki100g If you miss #NFC payments #GarminPay could be an option too. But requires a watch. That's the path I choose. Added my banking card to my #Garmin watch on my Pixel with #GrapheneOS without any issue. It is possible to use another user profile to keep all apps including Garmin Connect from Google Play separately from main user profile.

As a big fan of #GrapheneOS I also miss #googlewallet on my #googlepixel smartphone. So I decided to get #Garmin watch with #GarminPay support. Very happy that I can setup Garmin Pay without certified OS using #garminconnect . Works perfectly. And with GrapheneOS I can even isolate Google Play in a different user profile so it won't mess with my main user profile.
